I engaged with Whitney when I first arrived in Austin searching for houses in South Austin. He is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate market in the South, Familiar with the neighborhood, and is able to provide good advice along the process. To be honest, I believe we may have been difficult in that we began our journey looking at properties in Spicewood and ended up purchasing a house off Southwest Parkway, however, Whitney was so patient with us the entire six months that he was with us. One other aspect of note is that when actually viewing a property, he did a great job of being present for questions but also being distant enough for my husband and me to peruse the house alone. This may not be an issue for other people, but I personally cannot adequately view a house with a realtor hovering over me in every room. I have already recommended Whitney to my sister who is moving to Austin, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone purchasing a house in the Austin area. He is fabulous!
Whitney has always been very professional and helpful with our real estate and moving needs. I would highly recommend him. He helped us to become acquainted with the different areas north of Austin. He showed us many homes in our price range, so when our house finally sold we knew the area and type of house we wanted. We sold our house at the end of April and, with Whitney's help were able to close on our new house on May 1st.
